An experienced tax adviser, David Perlotto’s practice focuses on Swiss and international corporate and individual taxation. He has extensive experience in international corporate taxation, transfer pricing, tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and individual taxation.
He spent nearly 15 years as in-house tax director of various multinationals in the technology, chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors, covering EMEA, LATAM and ASIA regions. In addition to his economics degree from the University of Lausanne, he holds an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Leiden.
